Christian Aid event, 2nd April

The Morningside and Fairmilehead Christian Aid Committee: is hosting its first fund raising event of 2019 in Fairmilehead Parish Church on 2nd April 2019 at 7.15pm. Doors open at 6.45pm. Three staff from the Royal Observatory at Blackford will present a lecture called “Eagle has Landed” to remember the fascinating story of the first Apollo moon landing in July 1969. There will also be an accompanying short film about the mission. Refreshments will be available at the interval. Tickets are £9 and are available from Bob Cunningham (447 4757) and Evelyn Henderson (334 2463) and also from Fairmilehead Parish Church on the night.
