Speaker Supper, Lord Mark McInnes, 7.30pm 6th September, Braid Hall

The Guest Speaker will be Lord McInnes of Kilwinning CBE. Mark is one of our elders and served for many years as Councillor for Morningside. In 2007 and 2012 he received the highest number of votes for any candidate of any party across Scotland. Lord McInnes’ particular parliamentary interests include Constitutional matters such as Scottish Devolution and Middle East issues and he is the co‐chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Turkey and also a member of the All Party Parliamentary Groups for Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Algeria.
