A plea from NHS staff

Please make sure that you and your family have a copy of your NHS number to hand when you attend for your COVID jab. Front line staff say this is far and away the biggest bottleneck when it comes to administering the vaccine to as many people as quickly as possible, as most people don’t know their number off by heart. The easiest way to do this is to take your letter inviting you to attend with you when you go as the number is on the correspondence.
